Warranty & Return Policy

WARRANTY

Your PRAY® watch (the “watch”) is warranted by LinearWorks Inc. for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase under this limited manufacturer’s warranty (the “warranty”). The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects (the “defects”) existing at the time of delivery of the watch from the PRAY® watches website or an authorized dealer.

The warranty covers:

  • The watch movement, case, strap and buckle against defects in material and workmanship

The warranty does not cover:

  • The life of the battery

  • Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the color and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating)

  • Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by PRAY® watches

  • Indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the watch

  • The watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or if the watch has been altered from its original condition beyond PRAY®watches control

  • The watch case has been opened by someone other than a PRAY® watch Authorized Service Provider

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE

  • You must file a Warranty Service Request with our Customer Service Department by emailing service@praywatches.com.  When the Warranty Service Request is filed and reviewed, and if the watch falls within the warranty, you will return your watch to:

  • You are responsible for securely packing your watch in either its original shipping package or similar package affording an equal degree of protection. You must include a copy of the original purchase receipt with your watch.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs for warranty service.  LinearWorks Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in the return process. We recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance and require a signature for delivery.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

PRAY® watches is committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable and successful.  Therefore we’re pleased to offer returns and exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will fully refund the cost of the watch or allow for the exchange of the watch provided you meet the following criteria:

  • Watch and strap show no signs of wear, tear or damage

  • You include the proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original purchase receipt or packing slip invoice

  • You ship your watch within 30 days of the date of purchase

  • You must return the original materials; such as the watch case and all manuals

In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.  LinearWorks Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in the return process. We recommend that you obtain appropriate insurance and require a signature for delivery.

Any further claim against LinearWorks Inc. or PRAY® watches, e.g. for damages additional to the above described warranty is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE, ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINEARWORKS INC. AND PRAY® WATCHES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF PRAY® WATCHES CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY AND TO THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AS DETERMINED BY PRAY® WATCHES IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
